PRIVACY POLICY ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED THROUGH THE WEBSITE

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing is defined by Article 6.1.b) of Regulation 2016/679, namely that the processing is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject seeking information or obtaining information about EXA Srl.

Browsing the Website may involve the processing of data capable of directly or indirectly identifying a natural person (e.g. first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address).

Personal data are processed by EXA Srl personnel acting on the basis of specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing.

i) external entities performing support tasks on behalf of EXA Srl (e.g. legal services, IT services), acting as Data Processors;
ii) public authorities for compliance with legal obligations, carrying out their respective processing activities as independent Data Controllers.

The individuals to whom the personal data collected through the Website refer have the right to access their personal data, request rectification, updating and deletion thereof. It is also possible to request restriction of processing and data portability.
