In addition, we ensure proper disposal of process waste, so that all residue is managed responsibly. Lastly, we promote the use of renewable energy sources to power our day-to-day operations, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly future.

Environmental Sustainability
We always operate in compliance with current regulations and laws on safety and environmental protection. Reducing production waste and promoting material recycling are central to our commitment. Wherever possible, we use recycled raw materials or materials with biodegradable components. We work towards more sustainable, certified packaging, promoting the use of reusable systems such as metal crates. We optimise resources through closed-loop systems and support the use of renewable energy, such as our photovoltaic system, to reduce our overall environmental impact.

We act according to a clear code of ethics, provide continuous training to our employees and respect human rights throughout the entire production chain. We act on multiple fronts for the wellbeing of employees: a subsidised on-site canteen, health insurance scheme, and safety measures including an on-site defibrillator.

Our company operates according to a “231 organisational model”, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, to prevent crimes, ensuring transparency and integrity in decision-making processes. We maintain punctual payments to suppliers and employees and, thanks to production diversification, we respond with resilience to market changes.
